To show my appreciation for all of their hard work this summer, I threw a little picnic for my staff and their guests. Everyone brought something to eat and we had way too much food. Of course, the highlight of the event was the cornhole toss and the spit-fired pig. We even had fireworks at the end courtesy of my son Brandon. There were prizes and certificates of recognition for everyone. A special thanks to Don Damon for his contribution of T-shirts from Erie Bank. Everyone had a great time!

"Over the last 45 years, the biggest change I've noticed is that the conditioning of golf courses is so much better today. The one place everybody enjoyed going to so much was Augusta because it was always immaculate. But today, you have those impeccable conditions everywhere."
Arnold Palmer, Golf Magazine, April 2004
