All members have an option of being billed dues on an annual or monthly basis. Annual dues payers are obligated to an annual minimum and monthly dues payers are obligated to the spending schedule below:

Annual Golf Membership Minimum: $600
Annual Social Membership Minimum: $300
Monthly Social Membership Minimum: $33

^* Minimum spending applies to food and beverage only not including tax and gratuity. New members are placed on monthly billing unless otherwise requested.

Membership Classifications

Voting Classes

Family Membership: A family membership shall consist of a husband and/or wife together with any of their children who are unmarried and who have not reached the age of eighteen (18) years by June 30th of the year of application who reside in the same dwelling. In addition, full-time students who are not self-supporting will also be considered as being included in a family membership. A family membership is entitled to one (1) vote.

The Primary or voting member must be identified and is entitled to the same privileges as an Individual membership. The spouse and qualified dependents are subject to restricted tee times. Please refer to the Club's Rules and Regulations for appropriate tee times. Spouses are eligible for Club tournaments and recognized leagues. Children from thirteen (13) years of age up to seventeen (17) years of age are restricted to special hours. Children under the age of thirteen (13) may play at special times per the Golf Pro's discretion.

Individual Membership: An Individual Membership shall consist of individual adults who have reached their thirty sixth (36) birthday. This is a voting membership. There are no significant restrictions as to playing times, except when play is reserved for Club tournaments, recognized leagues, and outside events.

Intermediate Membership: An Intermediate Membership shall consist of Families or Individuals who are between the ages of twenty one (21) and thirty five (35) at the time of application. Playing times and privileges are the same as the appropriate classification listed above. Special initiation fees apply.

Corporate Membership: A Corporate Membership shall be available to a business entity. This is a voting membership and shall include all the Club privileges as defined by the Individual membership. A business entity may hold only one Corporate Membership at any one time. The business entity may fill the membership with one individual who is an active full-time employee with day-to-day responsibilities in the business entity. The business entity may choose to change the individual holding the corporate membership for a replacement fee of 25% of the current initiation fee.

Non-Voting Classes

Social Membership: A Social Membership shall be an individual twenty-one years of age or older, who shall be permitted the use of the club facilities as from time to time may be prescribed by the Board of Directors or by the By-Laws.

Non-Resident Membership: A non-resident membership shall apply to any who has a permanent residence (designated as a minimum of 9 months of the year) that is located a minimum of 50 miles from LVCC. Non-residents are responsible for 60% of a regular member's minimum for food and beverage and is considered a "restricted" membership.

Corporate Social Membership: A Corporate Social Member shall be a member twenty-one years of age or older, who shall be permitted the use of club facilities as from time to time may be prescribed by the Board of Directors or by the By-Laws. Each Corporate Social Membership is entitled to have up to five (5) Associate Social Memberships.

Associate Social Membership: An Associate Corporate Social Member shall be a member twenty-one year of age or older and who is an employee of a Corporate Social Member. They shall be permitted the use of the club facilities as from time to time may be prescribed by the Board of Directors or by the By-Laws.

Junior Membership: A Junior Membership shall consist of an individual from twelve (12) years of age up to eighteen (18) years of age prior to June 30th of the year of application. There are restrictions as to playing times as per the Club's Rules and Regulations
